Never squatted 110kg before and challenged myself to a 6 rep max #gobigorgohome (Thanks @mattyc_galway_powerlifting for wrapping the bejesus out of us all last night)
If I'm completely honest with myself there's questionable depth on some of these.
Besides that I can only say I'm absolutely delighted with this. When your 6 rep max is higher than your current 1 Rep max...its a great day!
Thanks to the people around me especially the mastermind of a coach @mattyc_galway_powerlifting I'm bringing a better version of myself to my next competition and I am going to work my ass off to get it!
After long but successful season and few weeks chocolate pigging after (nobody could stop me..NOBODY!💀) finally found a balance and I can honestly tell I'm in full control with my food! 🙊
My body is coming back to homeostasis.
Current weight 107-109kg!
Good thing is that I didn't loose strength, drive and motivation for training at all -> Big credit for that to my coach @dawidgeler for well structured reverse training program! 👌🏽
