Thanks to @fit4jaz for tagging me in the 10 non fitness facts💕. 1.) my number one career choice was/is to be a marine biologist. living in Saskatchewan made it seem unrealistic, but now that I'm moving to Australia where they have the best schools in the world for it, itll be achieveable. Second was a personal trainer and third RCMP which I was inspired by my aunt to go in.
2. Favourite cheat meal is pizza, icecream and chocolate.
3. One of my goals is to be married young and have kids young.
4. Favourite shows are greys anatomy, the 100, pretty little liars, how to get away with murder, the killings, how I met your mother and any wedding shit😜( sorry couldn't pick one).
5. Next place I'm travelling to is Asia✈️. I've been to Europe, 30states, all of Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and most of Canada.

7. I'm obbessed with all animals and reptiles.... I seriously want to love them all, but my bf doesn't want a zoo😰.

Noticed I went a bit fast with the AB twists so try and slow it down a bit more than I did, will help with the burn! ~Workout Below~ • • 1️⃣ Ab twists with a weight 3-4 reps 12x ( try to pull your knees up and than straighten them) 2️⃣Cable Crunches 3-4 12x 3️⃣Cable Twists 4sets 12x 4️⃣Leg raises (with twisting when you raise your legs) 3-4 sets 12-15x 5️⃣ Crunches with weight 4 sets 12-15x

Happy hump day all!! I almost didn't work out today because of my crazy schedule.
But thanks to my love for cooking dinner again (yup, that's 2 days in a row), I was able to and I kicked some MMA A$$!! I'm so glad I pushed play.
The obligatory day 1 post.
I've gained 13 pounds since December 1. 13!! I can offer no excuses. I didn't take care of myself. I let my love of food overrule my love of self.
That changes today. I have been out of gym for 48 weeks. 48. That's more than a pregnancy. A shoulder injury has left me completely out of my fitness rotation . So we start slow. We realize rome wasn't built in a day, and even disaster zones can be REbuilt. My shoulder isn't better yet...I'll never lift super heavy again it seems. BUT I can focus on my core. On my diet. And on my inner strength.

You push yourself beyond what you think your capability.
Sometimes you need someone beside you to remind you of your strength.
Remind you why you started in the first place and your end goal.
