This mornings leg day is EXACTLY what I needed! With getting accustomed to my busy school schedule, I was feeling my gym performance was suffering. But hard work pays off! Woke up at 445 on my day off of school/work to get this lift in. Mornings are when I feel most productive! If you want something, you have to work for it! * 20 min isolated band work (do NOT underestimate the power of banded exercises. If you aren't doing so, you need to add them into your routine!!)

Pretty much the battle I have every morning, but I never regret it once I'm there. Well we're 3 weeks into January and the gym is becoming more and more empty every day. Its great for me to not have to worry about waiting to use any equipment, but kind of sad to see how many people give up on their goals so quickly. Make sure you choose a goal you really want and stick to it! Whether it's losing weight or making the gain, just remember that it's not a sprint, it's a marathon and takes patience. Good Morning IG 🌞 Another day, another opportunity to take one step closer towards your goals, whatever they may be. Success doesn't come by one giant leap but by many baby steps hashed out day after day! You may say to yourself, 'A year is too long to see something happen' ...'or if I can't see immediate results then it's not worth my time'.. What is worth your time?
How about the thought of doing nothing different for the next year, or five years, and ending up in the exact same spot you are today!?!? I don't know about you but that's a scary thought! I'm always striving to progress...move forward...to help someone else...to do things most only dream of!
First step: Figure out what that goal is!
Second step: Write out each step it will take to get there.
Third step: Tackle the first thing on that list even if it seems minor.
And then repeat day after day!!
