1️⃣- Esticar os dois braços para cima, entrelaçando os dedos, como mostra a imagem para alongar as costas mantendo-se parado nestes posição durante enquanto conta lentamente até 30.
2️⃣- A partir dessa posição, incline o tronco para o lado direito e fique parado nessa posição durante 20 segundos e depois incline o tronco para o lado esquerdo e mantenha-se parado por mais 20 segundos.
3️⃣-De pé, incline o corpo para frente como mostra a imagem, sem dobrar os joelhos e com as pernas ligeiramente afastadas, à mesma direção dos ombros, ficando parado durante 30 segundos.
4️⃣- De pé ou sentado fique parado na posição que mostra a imagem enquanto sente os músculos do braço esticarem. Permaneça nesta posição por 30 segundos e depois faça o mesmo alongamento com o outro braço.
5️⃣- Esticar um braço para frente e com a ajuda da outra mão, levantar a palma da mão para cima, esticando os dedos para trás, até que sinta os músculos do antebraço alongando. Fique parado nesta posição durante 30 segundos e depois repita o mesmo alongamento com o outro braço.
6️⃣- Na mesma posição do exercício anterior, agora volte a palma da mão para baixo, e empurre os dedos como mostra a imagem e mantenha esta posição durante 30 segundos e depois faça o mesmo com o outro braço.

13 weeks out and this is my starting point. Spent the last week getting my diet and training program dialled in after a very relaxed holiday period. Excited by the new goals I've set and to see how far I can push myself over the next three months. #classicbodybuilding
There are many different training methods for losing weight; resistance training, power, totally body, metabolic resistance training, circuit training, the list goes on and on. With any program you chose, make sure it's one you will enjoy doing so you stay with it for the long haul.
Sharon has been doing circuit training for the past two months and her endurance, strength, and core stability have all increased significantly. Circuit training can be laid out in a couple different ways but the way we focus on it is by strategically placing exercises together that allow Sharon to complete the exercise with full ability for one minute. She has five exercises in one circuit and does four circuits in one hour. There's no rest between exercises, you only take a break when all five of the exercises are completed from that one circuit.
We incorporate some high intensity exercises with resistance training exercises to get the maximum amount of caloric expenditure out of the workout. Since she does resistance training in the circuit too, her metabolism increases for the rest of her day. So not only does she burn calories during her workout, but her body keeps that calorie burning state going for up to 36 hours after the workout!
Circuit training definitely has its benefits but there are also many other training methods that can be used to lose weight.

I know I just posted but i wanted to state something else. I just finished my workout a short bit ago and i made a bangin healthy breakfast. Even my omelette is smiling its so happy it existed! Shrimp Guac omelette. People say that eating healthy is impossible. I shop at numerous grocery stores looking for the best deal. Aldis has avocados on sale for .49 cents right now. Eggs at a local grocery store are .79 for 18. Hot sauce is $1.99 a bottle at aldis. Hell even whole wheat bread is super cheap there. I picked up a small thing of shrimp for $4.99. Hell i got a 24 pack of water for $1.99. Eating healthy takes patience and practice. But its not expensive. That is not an excuse. This omelette was amazing and I want people to understand that the illusion and cost of 'organic' has confused people. Shop around, do research online.
