"I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person."✨If there's one thing Chelsea and I do often, it's laugh.

Something more practical for y'all today. When it comes to meal prep, I follow the model of planning on Fridays, grocery shopping on Saturdays, and cooking/containing on Sundays. In my containers are a chicken breast, 3/4 cups mixed veggies, and around 1.5 cups of rice. I make 15 of these a week so I can have 3 a day, Monday-Friday. This never costs me more than $30, totaling $50-$60 for food for the rest of the week. .
The best thing you can do in your fitness/nutrition journeys is both balling on a budget/buying in bulk and learning to cook basic meals. Store brand chicken, bulk rice, and steam-in-bag veggies tend to both run inexpensive and cook easy. If you don't know how to cook proteins, boil to simmer rices, or steam veggies, I recommend taking the time to learn. This will both boost your confidence in the kitchen and take away one of the intimidation factors of meal prepping.
