The truth in this is beyond belief.
Meditate on your deepest desires and really connect with them on an emotional level. Create that vision of what you want to attract, write it down and each day visualise it for 10mins make it so clear in your mind and feel all the emotions you will feel in that moment when it has become your reality.
When you write it down you put it out there. Many wont understand the power of locking your desires into your subconscious but if you do this and do it with unshakable belief watch it unfold. Its only a matter of time. 💜💜💜
A false smile pretending I was truly happy with the aesthetic results I saw from a few weeks living like a bodybuilder!
To date, bodybuilding is probably the most difficult training style/sport I've ever committed to and despite uneducated negative opinions on body builders or people training solely for aesthetics, I must say I have the utmost respect for athletes of this discipline!
Glad I tried it once but it's unlikely I'd ever go back to it!🚫🚫

Good Idea: Trying a new pre-workout, especially one that tastes nice.
Bad Idea: Trying out a new pre-workout at 8pm after already earlier having 3 coffees and a Monster; then going to the gym to find it rammed so it's a battle to get a squat rack; then being unable to concentrate because I'm guilty/stressed that I'm gymming rather than studying; then pretty much getting an anxiety attack thinking about what's going to be involved in balancing work/gym/college; then completely losing all motivation and just going home.
It did taste nice though
Flu-1:Darragh-0! Wait for my excellent review of the set at the end. Bench tonight was just 💩💩 Everything's gone tits up last few months of training. Flu twice, concussion, random nagging pains, deadlift shitting it's pants for 2 months and inconsistent squat/bench (who were kind enough to alternate being awful)! Goal now is to just go 9/9 in the Munster open! Only reason I'm not very upset is because I've learned a good deal
