Not 100% better, but it's safe to say I'm moving in the right direction. Tried squatting for the first time in over a month 315/5/5 and it felt smooth.
Here's a little more of me working on my 💩 sumo form. Thanks @eric_adolph for the cues 🙌
Long Run Monday! 18 miles on the trails at a zone 2/1 HR. I struggle with these long runs on the trails sometimes because ya have to go so slow to keep the heart rate down, but today it actually flew by thanks to the amazing, surprise weather we're having. #spartantraining
No pain no gain
Las piernas pá el fútbol
Llegar al fallo es tu amigo
Mi monitor me dijo que
Hago frecuencia 5 de pecho
El reto de 300 abs al día en un mes
Con la fotosíntesis te quedas rajao
Yo sólo quiero marcar un poquito
Kiyo, entrena, pásatelo bien, disfruta del camino, de tus cambios, infórmate antes de predicar y DEJAD DE ENTRENAR LOS LUNES PESHITO QUE NO HAY NI UN PUTO BANCO LIBRE CABRONES.
I know there are some people who look at me and think "she's too extreme" or "she's too intense."🙃
But let me tell you something. There's no other way to live life, in my opinion, than through relentless passion and drive. If you're not utterly in love with your life then what are you doing? If you don't love your life then what are you doing to change that? I'm not perfect and I've let myself go a bit off the edge, but I truly needed that time. I needed to regain a healthy relationship with food and myself. It took time, but I'm finally there.🙌🏻❤️
So that being said. I'm dedicating these next 12 weeks to self-growth, but in a different direction. I'm challenging not only my body but my mental strength as well. Apart of being human is constantly looking to better oneself, so that's what I'm trying to do.💪🏻💪🏻
But let me just say something, there will be people who doubt you. There will be people who judge your actions because they're not mainstream. But if you're living in the mainstream like everyone else, how can you assure your own personal growth? So if you don't want to go out every weekend because you want to wake up early to have a good lift, or get that extra studying done...be proud that you're acting in a way that will make your future self say thank you. Be strong now and stay true to your goals. Nobody else will make you who you want to be but you.
