But a plate this size for under 650 kcal but still packing well over 50g of protein and plenty of fibre for satiety, don't tell me you need more calories to be full! What you need is to be smarter with your macros and calories. Take me today for example, I've eaten two or three chocolate bars and a can of coke on top of my food, yes it was totally fucking stupid but I wanted it so I had it, the rest of my day has been filled with very nutrient dense food to allow for this. It's quite simple really! And most importantly it allows me balance without going crazy

Butternut squash mini muffins. All I did was take my regular banana muffin/loaf recipe and sub puréed fresh squash and oh my they are so good!
I've been on this #squash craze lately and just like how I eat intuitively (I'm often up at 3am eating...thanx shift work😬)what I eat is largely intuitive as well. Your body has cravings for a reason. Listen to it! Well unless it's telling you to eat from the drive thru😂. Truly though, listening to what your body is telling you is one of THE BEST THINGS you can do for your health. Whether it's pain, fatigue or a food craving it is trying to tell you something and you need to investigate and honour that.

Generally if you are meeting your estimated energy requirements (EER) and include a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in your balanced diet then you are most likely meeting your vitamin and mineral requirements. My daily homemade juice is made every morning with chlorella powder , you can choose to put it on a glass of water or to add it on your smoothie 🍹there is also the tablets options but i prefer the powder one.. The taste is pretty strong, but nothing you can't get used to in a green smoothie. Make sure to start off slow to see how your body reacts to it
