Most people want to go to heavy and that causes them to do it incorrectly. Go light and control the weight. If the bar is too heavy then used a fixed straight bar. Took my youngest boy Lane up Prairie Mtn. today. The wind was the worst I've ever had on a climb. I knew Prairie gets high winds but this was crazy. In the video you can hear the wind. Funny though because it wasn't even that bad right here. Needless to say we stopped about 10 minutes from the summit as my son and dog were freaked out because they could barely stay upright.
