Nach der Arbeit steht wieder eine Lernsession an - Prüfungsphase nimmt kein Ende 😶 Nur mehr 3 Prüfungen, dann hab ich das erste Semester geschafft 💪

I used to hate squats. And I used to suck at them. My personal best is 190 kg. and I feel that is way less than I am capable of. I've been putting a special emphasis on fine tuning my technique with my coach @runarhrodi and I feel that we have turned the page. Today we drilled many different kind of squats. I probably did a combined total of around 200 squats and some of them quite heavy. I feel great and I'm ready to raise the bar. Starting over isn't easy.
Actually, nothing worth doing is going to be easy. I've started over a few times. And, I've often thought about why. Maybe because I'm still searching for the thing that truly makes me happy. I'm not completely sure at this point. I'll let you know when I figure that part out. One thing I do know is that it takes courage.
Courage that I'm sure you have. It's something inside that burns bright and will light your path even in the darkest moments. If you're able to tap into it and pair it up with an ounce of optimism, you'll have exactly what you need to get things done. It's a bumpy road with a few curves. Some of which have unknown obstacles around the bend. But as long as keep going, with your hands on the wheel, things will be ok. Eventually, the journey will teach you things that you would have never imagined. The detours, hard times and darkness are there to help you grow. No matter what, it's up to you to embrace those things and determine the best path for you.... no one else but you. That is your responsibility. If you fail to make that happen, then you probably wind up 75 years old sitting in your rocking chair wondering what if.... Do today for you.
