The first half of the day I spent with my friend and also client @michaelabartosova at lunch🍱 and coffee☕️ where we was planning our big goals📝❤️ and then I went to the gym for some cardio🏃💦 and strech only (and did selfies and watched some vlogs of course😁). Now I'm going to trip to Ikea in Prague with my hubby😊 Have an amazing rest of the weekend guys🤗

Off season look! It gets boring when you're only posting comp pics, so I mix it up as I want you to know that I'm not in condition all year round! ❌Today I'm 63.5kg & comp weight is 60kg. 🏆Last comp was April where I placed 2nd @fitbikinimodelextravaganza --------------------------------💪👙curvy, fit & healthy is the goal. I love judging its so inspiring & I love giving back to this amazing sport of bikini & fitness comps, but I also feel that balancing a ❤️ for food, socialising & fun is important. Going into WEEK 3 of 6 of leaning out... here are the next 2 strategies:
STRATEGY 5: BURN, BABY, BURN Unfortunately, most folks stumble out of the gate by pinning their hopes to a fat-burning supplement without ever getting their diets in order. If you've gotten your body into a fat-burning mode with the previous steps, a decent fat-burner can go a long way. Look for something that includes ingredients such as green tea, caffeine and evodiamine, which boost fat-burning and make the body less efficient at storing calories as bodyfat. The biggest advantage to putting off the fat-burners until Week 3 is that you’ve already moved your body in the right direction with your diet. Adding some help should result in more noticeable progress. (FYI: I don't use any fat burners... only diet & exercise but if you want a boost, try this strategy) STRATEGY 6: GET LOW . . . REALLY LOW Getting lean is about calorie reduction, hormonal manipulation and exercise. But it’s also about perception. When you make a drastic drop in calories, the body perceives this as a threat and begins to tap into other fuel sources, fat being chief among them. So for one of your four low-carb days during the week, slash carbs even further—to nearly a quarter of your normal intake—to increase fat-burning. Anyone can diet really hard for a day in the name of getting shredded, right?

It’s nice to get a trophy in a fitness competition, but it is important to realise that just by getting up on stage the achievement is amazing!
